Before you read this I want readers to know I am being 100% honest in my experience at Pro Water in Prescott and my goal of this review is to save people the miserable outcome of using this company. First off I am brand new to installing my first irrigation system which is why I went to pro water over your standard home depot, in hope of some more personal service. As soon as I entered the store no one seemed to care I was there. I was asked by an employee what I needed. To me it seemed I was an inconvenience since it was an hour till close. I tried to explain what I needed and he did not take into consideration exactly what my plan was or what I wanted to do. He just went into the back and came out 10 minutes later with a sketch on my sprinkler and irrigation setup. I told him I needed a complete drip system and irrigation system for my yard and he said he gave me a quote on the total price. I asked several times, if this was everything I needed and he assured me it was. I paid the money and they delivered it to my house the next day. That weekend was one of the most miserable weekends in terms of home projects. I ended up making 7, yes 7 trips to Home Depot to assist me in my needs and give me the material I was shorted. Pro Water gave me half of a drip system, no ends for the drip lines to control the drip, no caps for the ends of the 1/2 inch hose, only a 1/4 of the 90s I needed, 1/2 of the T's I needed, I was short about 12 10 foot sticks of pvc pipe, and short in every pvc connector I needed. They even screwed me on the connectors from the 1/2 inch drip hose to the 1/4 inch drip hose. They gave me about 5 total. They gave me the correct 200 feet of hose, but only 5 connectors??? I have no idea how this company is still in business. I warn everyone who considers PRO WATER to run away!
