The owner and store manager do not understand the concept of good courteous customer service. For the few pennies saved, you will be rudely treated, called a liar and receive sub standard work. Avoid this establishment at all costs. Eventually as the bad reputation of this store spreads, the owner may get the point. It is a sweatshop at best. if you complain, you will be threatened and then your email will be blocked. They do not care about the customer, so imagine what happens to your clothes. I pity the poor people who must endure such horrid working conditions.
