I've given them two chances, the first time I had an air leak around my sunroof that whistled while I drove. I paid their $120 diagnostic fee and they put some silicone around the seal to soften it up. The next day it was whisling so loud I couldn't hear the radio. I took it back and they charged another $250 for a new seal / with labor but no credit for the first days payment.
