I was in an accident on May 5th and today is June 7, and my car is still not fixed! four weeks and I still cant get my car. I was written up at work for absences because of my car. I live in Miramar and work in Doral, no one has ever call me to inform me of the progress of my car, when my car went to the body shop two weeks after the accident my keys were no where to be found! the insurance tow truck driver lost it and no one informed me. I only found out when I call Collision Arts and the lady ask me if I had the keys.OMG! the adjusters are rude and insensitive. I will tell anyone who is looking for insurance to RUNN!!!!!!!!!
