St. Vincent's Manor is a Federally subsidized apartment building for the elderly who supposedly are still capable of living unassisted. One has to be 62 years old to live here, but there seems to be some exceptions. I have lived here for two years. It's quite decent and kept very clean. Activities are provided for the residents. A food pantry visits the home one a month providing free groceries. On site is a social worker and two maintenance personnel. It has round-the-clock security guards.
