I wish I had read the reviews before buying from National Pool Wholesalers. They are the WORST ever!!!!!!!!!! Bought a indoor sauna from them, they said the product was in stock, charged my credicard and them after a week they contacted me by e-mail and said the product was out of stock and tried to sell me a equivalent but more expensive item. I refused to buy the other item and them they cancell my order but keept my money! I finally got to talk to them and they said the order was cancelled and my money will be refunded to me.Its been 2 weeks and I still didn't receive the refund. I check everyday their web site and the product still showing in stock. It is a trick to make you buy with the expectations that you will have your order delivery and in the mean time they play with your money! Most of the store just charge your card when your order is shipped, but not them. I will not buy from them again and do not recomend the store.
