I would like to start off AGAIN by saying sorry that we did not meet your excpectations. I would like to correct some of what was said in your review. The problem here is not that we do not take pride in what we do(we have been in business for 16 years, must be doing something right), but that there was miscummunication between us. This is called being human. I asked when you called what it was that I could do to make you happy your replay was you did not know. I offered to stay after hours that friday or open up early the next morning to redecorate your cake. We made plans for you to come at 7 am Saturday, you didn't show up. We take pride in trying to please every customer in every way possible.
