I had ACA come out from my warranty company to fix a broken igniter on a GE gas range. They came, and tweaked it and left. It never worked right. I attempted to have them come out again and look at it, and that entailed about 5 back-and-forths with customer service which was a huge headache. Finally they came out and said that the ceramic piece was chipped and that's why it didn't work. Of course it doesn't work, that's why you came out to fix it. They wouldn't offer any way of fixing it and suggested I pay for it myself. I already paid the service fee for you to come out and fix it, and now you want me to pay for it. Really shady company, can't recommend them for quality of work, customer service and ability to backup their work.
