I live in Jacksonville and travel ALOT. I had to service car at Cadillac dealership in GA. This was 1st time not going to Cadillac of Orange Park and I didn't have my receipts and couldn't remember dates. Spoke to a service tech(sorry don't remember name) but they were very helpful. During next car service at Cadillac Orange Park, I got print out of all service received and they added recommended service timeline with dates/expected mileage for the service. Service manager (Mr. Logston) came out when car was done and ask if every thing was taken care of, did walk through of my car and explained/help prioritize the service recommendations.
I work in customer service so I can be a little critical at times...I trust the service here and if I don't have an emergency on road... I will wait for service here before going anywhere else. The atmosphere is professional and accommodating. The lobby is CLEAN, comfortable and always seem to have little goodies to snack on...As a customer you remember good and bad service. I am a repeat customer at Cadillac of Orange Park and received good service but never took time to write a review. I pay attention to little things and finally took time to say Thank you and share good news to others. Exceptional service is hard to find. I don't have my service sheet in front of me but I just stay at one place and let them service everything from oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, brakes and even get car washed there. I bought a Cadillac Saab of Orange Park t-shit as an effort to say Thank you! Im not quite ready to part with my 2006 Cadi but when I do I guess I'll be buying one there too!! ~God bless
