I would not rent from Java Properties, Chocolate Investments. They are misleading with their communication. They mislead you by you believing one thing, and few months later its a different story which makes you out money. It would just be better if they tol you up front what you were going to owe, instead of thinking one thing, and screwing yoiu over the next minute. I would NEVER reccommend this company. Also, I live in a house 15 years newer (at least) and bigger, with bigger yard and am only paying $100 more in rent. His properties are way over priced for what they have to offer!
