I recently purchased a few motorcycle components from this fine establishment, shipping was prompt although they neglected to call me as they promised they would upon arrival. While picking up the parts i asked a few standers by for a key so that i could turn off my ignition (Previous owner drilled it out when he lost the key). no one had a key so i asked an employee who was standing there to watch it for a second. 5 minutes later when i returned the man who was watching it said ""I got your bike to turn off, but i don't know if you will be able to get it to turn back on."" sure enough he had jammed my ignition and no matter what we tried it would not budge. the gentlemen never apologized, instead informed my that they would call me with a quote. rude
