I was looking for my first bike since I hadn't ridden in 20 years so I hadn't had great expectations coming into a bike shop. The dealership was clean and I was greeted at the door by a girl named Amy who then introduced me to a salespurson named Missy. Very long story short, I am now the proud owner of a pre-ownedCBR 600. The dealership had a large selection of bikes (all brands) including Ducati and BMW and the shop was clean and I had a nice experience in the finance office that was firendly and not pushy like when you buy a car. Another thing I found nice was that they called me a couple days later to see that everything was ok. In the end, the fact that they offered me a test ride and were nice gave me a feeling like when you go into a small shop and do business with regular people. I will go back for service. The only thing is that they had popcorn machine in the store that was empty and there was nothing to eat except at a vending machine full of candy.
