My mother bought a Chrysler 300 there that now has 20,000 miles on it. She had brought it in for all of her services and oil changes. ALSO FOR TIRE ROTATIONS. She brought it in for an oil change this weekend and told them her brakes were making a sound and ask if they could take a look at it. They told her that needed there routers turned and it would be $300. My father, who is very ill but does know about cars, ask if the pads where bad. They said no the pads where fine. Well dad said that was crap that the routers do not go bad with ok pads. They said, well we have your car up on the racks and the tires are off and it is ready to go. They said no put the tires back on and we will pay for the Oil change and be on our way. An hour and a half later they got their car back. They took the car to another shop. The other shop told them that the only problem with the brakes was there was a little sand on them and he blew that out and everything was fine. In addition, he informed them that the tires had never been taken off the car, that there was a pin that comes from the factory that is broken when the tires are taken off the first time and it was still intact when he took the tires off which means that they had not only not even Looked at the brakes but they had not rotated the tires all the times they had charged them for it.
