I contacted this company about a move to the Dominican Republic. I have called them six times. It took two missed appointments before someone showed at my home to give a quote. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor for the past two days to iron out a detail before shipping. Today I called and the receptionist after inquiring why I was calling and taking down my information put me on hold for 12 minutes then came back not know who I was and asked how she could help me. She took my information again and said the supervisor will call me back. She called me back it was to let me know that the supervisor basically did not have time to speak with a customer which was looking to spend about $7,500 with them. If this is the kind of service they give before getting your money just imagine after they have your goods and your money. It?s a terrible thing when a company becomes so big that it either doesn?t care about small customers or just doesn?t care. I will look for another alternative for my shipping needs and hope I do not discover that this is how this industry does business. more
