This particular Sears, along with the online Sears service have the worst service. I ordered a matching pair of Kenmore washer and dryer. Then I ordered pedestals because they didn't come with the machines, although the machines are pictured with pedestals on the website. They, of course, deliver the wrong pedestals. I go to the store to talk to them about ordering the correct ones and returning the old ones. They can't communicate with the online service, so I have to do that separately. The person at the store was so busy, it took me over 30 minutes to get my request in order. When I asked them to come install the pedestals for me, they didn't have an appointment for over 2 weeks. When I finally go ahold of someone online, they couldn't take the return order because I had to call the parts department. Then when I got ahold of someone at the parts department, the line got disconnected, so I had to start all over again. Never again will I shop at Sears, online or in the store. more
