Cancelled my lawn service with them. Could never get a phone call returned. The ""Hotline"" is a joke. Half the time the mailbox is full and you never, never, ever get a phone call returned. That is no exageration either. I have left many, many, messages on the ""hotline"" and on Bob's number now for two months straight and not a single phone call returned.
