I have used Chem-dry several times and have been very impressed with the quality of work and great follow-up immediately after my service, but not this time. I usually call a portland location, but since I live in Gresham decided to call a local office. This is where I went wrong! Once the carpets were poorly cleaned, not at all what I have been custom to, no friendly service follow-up call and when I called to share that some spots had reappeared the ""office girl"" acted put out, but told me she would send Brad, the cleaner back out, and would call me to confirm time. Never heard from her again. If you do decide to use this company, I would NOT recommend calling the Gresham location. Poor customer service!
