The people here were extremely nice while I ordered 500 glasses loaded with all perks. But less then two years later, while on vacation, the coating came off part of my lenses. When I called to ask they be repaired I was told the warantee on my perks was not valid because of some detail they had forgotten to mention while I purchased my expensive glasses. The girl on the phone didn't even say ""I'm sorry."" I now have to throw the glasses away. Have never had this trouble with any other glasses--therefore I would question the quality of the lenses they are selling if I were a new customer. My glasses didn't even last 2 years and I wasn't rough on them. Ouch. 500 dollars. And no warning about warantees.
