I have heard about crossfit from a couple of friends and thought maybe I would give it a shot......I had no clue what I was in for!
I went for my one week free on ramp session with Pete. The workouts were so intense and the funny part is I loved every minute! I am one that can't really push myself but Pete was so awesome in giving me that motivation I needed! I have never loved being so sore in my life!
Crossfit forest has become a second family to me and I'm so glad to have found such an awesome group of people all with the same goals as me! Thank you Pete, Joe and Will!! The Punkster will be around for a while ;-)
