After being pre-approved for a home loan with Peoples Mortgage in Chandler, AZ, a week from closing, was told they wouldn't fund the loan! The appraisal was completed and inspection done (all requested through Peoples mortgage). Then all the sudden they stated I don't meet the qualifications!! That's why there is a pre qualification process! They did all that, gave a good faith estimate, ect. This company lied to me, the real estate agent and I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!
