I have used Freedom Cab regularly for almost two years. I called today 6/04/2011 at 4:25 p.m. for a cab within 30 minutes I told the dispatcher/owner OK was his reply/ at 5:10 p.m. I got a ride with a friend I was tired of waiting. I DID call them at 5:20 to cancel, the owners wife said, ""THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME YOU INCONSIDERATE ASS""and hung up. As a student of criminal justice at DMACC Ankeny, I will be sure to let all my police friends know of my experience with FREEDOM CAB and I will NEVER EVER use them again
