I live in a house built by Rotondo Construction, in Hartland Estates. I purchased the home in 2000 and 7 years later had to begin replacing the poor quality windows installed. Many of my neighbors, now, in 10 years or less, need to replace their roofs due to inferior products. Our roads were supposed to be completed, but are not. His company is supposed to repair the unfinished roads, but all we get are excuses. I would never use this company in the future and would advise others to check the work they have done, and the quality of material they use.
