I don't know what everyone is smoking, but this business is terrible. They lack in customer service and business skills. They've had my rider since May 16 and I haven't gotten a phone call until yesterday, after I made numerous attempts to talk to someone with a brain there.
They don't call, they don't care, they have a smart mouth and an attitude to match. If anyone asks me about them, forget it, they won't get recommended by me.
They haven't even looked at my rider yet and keep explaining that they are behind. Then hire someone to help you instead of a receptionist that doesn't have customer skills.
I don't even know how much this is going to cost. God help them!
