My first experience with them was when I had no sound on my computer. I had called them up and they helped me to download a driver over the phone and they didnt charge me a penny. The second time was when I had viruses on my computer and I could not access the internet. They had dispatched a technician within 1 hour and within 2 hours my computer was back up running better than the day I bought. I would highly recommend them to all!
