Many many complaints about this company. As a customer and now a former employee, this place is nuts. Nobody knows whats going on. They keep getting fined because employees pose as mangers, don't document all conversations and go through employees like McDonalds serves french fries. This place is ridiculous. Don't even bother because im sure they will be going under soon since they got denied for another Department of education contract to collect on student loans.
