Before you read my experiance I have to say this was the best customer service experiance I have every had starting with the sweet lady that answered the phone and the Tech that was sent out. I came home and my dogs are panting and hot ....my air was broken, so I called Hometown and the lady I spoke with was so nice and friendly. I told her my air was broken and she said she would call her Tech to see if he could come out tonight, and within less than 10 minutes I got a call back saying he would be here because he did not want us to be uncomfortable tonight....Wow someone cared about my comfort zone. He was here in about an hour, he fixed our air condtioner at a price no one could ever imagine. We signed up for the gold club which already paid for it self for the next 2 years. Wonderful job. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review. I am so impressed. I wish every experiance would be like this because we would be a lot happier in life. Great job.... Thank you so much
