I worked for Greenway in Nashville they are horriable to all the customers. Whitney Greenway the owners daughter tells her workers when they have customers on the phone that want to speak with her to make an excuse because she doesnt want to deal with it. this is the worse place for customer service. She is a stuck up snob that doesnt have a clue what she is doing. while I only worked there for a short time it was still too long I was there 8 months we went through countless service techs and gm's because no one could stand her. she would tell customers one thing and do something else my advice NEVER USE GREENWAY!
