I will never do business with Fry steel ever. I will recommend no one to this company. First off the young lady answering the phones has an attitude. Not one sales person had customer service skills. The material was rusted and had dents. There were no certs provided. I asked for DFARS, they had no IDEA what it was. Spoke with a manager, rudest person alive. I was talked to as if our business didn?t matter to them. I purchase well over 100,000 dollars in steel, aluminum, copper yearly. Won?t bother me a bit to buy from other vendors. I have been purchasing material for 34 years, never had an issues like this.
