A week and half before Father's Day, I called Le Jardiniere to order 2 bouquets to pick up on Father's Day since the website says they would be open. However, the lady who took my order said that she would confirm on the following Monday about their holiday hours. Two days after not getting a call-back, I phoned Le Jardiniere on Wednesday to follow up on my order. The same lady answered the phone, and she admitted that she misplaced my order. She took down my name, phone number, and the 2 bouquet orders (again). Unfortunately, we were disconnected, and I expected that she would call back this time. Again, I had to call back to continue my order; I didn't get a voicemail or even a missed call from the store after a few hours since being disconnected. On the 2nd try, I received an *estimated* final price but no confirmation number or any proof that my order had actually been placed. On the other hand, she confirmed that they wouldn't be open on Father's Day, but they could make arrangements for me to stop by on the Saturday prior to pick them up. I was told that I would receive a phone call between 10 am and 2 pm for a pickup, leaving me to clear my Saturday afternoon even though the store misplaced my original order.
