We called and scheduled our service about a month in advance. They were supposed to come at the end of June, the time when the a/c is definitely necessary. I waited at home during the time they had specified and about an hour into it they called to reschedule my appointment for the end of August!!! I wanted to charge them a cancellation fee. I had set aside that time and if they needed to reschedule they should have done it much earlier, I left plenty of time. And the end of August?! Summer is practically over! If I want my a/c in good working order I want it done before I start using it, not after. They didn't apologize or try to work with me at all. The most they did was say they'd still accept my coupon that expires in July. Action has lost me as a customer. more
