We had Packet 8 and it was terrible and switched to ADG. The first hour we were using their service our customers were telling us how much better we sounded. Their tech explained everything because we aren't technical at all and made it really easy to understand. We had a problem with our router and they fixed it for us and I didn't have to call an IT guy- that's awesome!!! We saved over 1/3 off our our monthly bill too. What more can I say- USE ADG!!!
