Wade did an excellent job of showing my husband and me what the Toyota dealership had to offer. He answered our questions and helped us to make informed decisions regarding our choice. He gave us his full attention and we felt he made every effort to accommodate our needs. Wade's sales style was great - he's confident and assertive but not overly pushy and he worked well with us. I acknowledge that I am a difficult customer in that I know what I do and don't want with no compunction about expressing it, and I am the most skeptical person in the room when it comes to a sales pitch, but Wade adapted very well and was quite likeable, something I rarely state about a sales representative. He is to be commended for the speed at which he concluded this sale, and for the great customer care he showed in the process. Wade is a credit to the Toyota of Dallas Sales Team and earned our gratitude for an excellent overall experience!
