I went here to get a tire replaced and it was a horrible experience. Joe was there but never lifted a finger to help, claiming he was now 'retired.' So he sat at his desk while the fat guy named Jeff took care of me. He kept trying to sell me a tire I didn't want and while he was doing that, he was gnawing on a hoagie. Not a great impression. Then his wife came in and they embraced in a sumo hug and just tuned me out for ten minutes while they chatted about this and that. I left and went to pep boys. Don't go to Joes. It's bad.
