I ask them to fix scratch and Re Powder Coat 2 BMW OEM 18? Sports Package wheels. It was taking 4 more days than what they said and no one contact me till I contact them but It OK Little forgiven, I was happy putting this 18?s to my car. And Finish is it OK Price it OK.
The Real Problem Started when I bring My car E90 328i to change current 17"" BMW OEM Sports Package Wheels to that Fixed 18""s...
I ask them to transfer Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor(TPM) from Current 17?s to 18""s and set tire air pressure Front 38psi Rear 44psi with Balance and fit 12mm Spacer all around.
I saw the guy taking off Center Cap out from 18""s for tire mount and take off old Air Valve then guy take off TPM?s out from 17""s.
I got call to my cell lost attention for few min then that guy is gone to the Lunch !! other guy coming and try set 18""s WITH OUT BALANCE !!!! WITH OUT SPACER TOO !!
I ask him to do a balance and put spacer in..
Then he did... I have to get to some where in Harry so made payment to the casher get off from Tire Shop.
Next day I have to go for a about 150Mile freeway drive so stop by gas station check tire pressure GUEST?WHAT Front is about 50psi so as Rear and One of TPM Valve Stem is Not out from my 17"". Valve Cap is ALL BLACK CHEEP PLASTIC ONE IT WAS A BMW OEM 6POINT METAL ONE.
AND THAT MAKE ME REMIND WHERE IS OTHER CENTER CAP'S !!!!
I went back there to speak with Manager John. and he said.
""There was customer?complain about something was in a car is missing in a past but not center cap or valve cap""
OK... What ever? That day I am not drive in my car to their shop, I told John
?I will be back with my car?. Then I did going back and speak with him but
He told me "" I trust my guys 120%"" that good but Other wise ""I DON'T TRUST WHAT YOU COMPLAIN""
I told him ?You don?t have to do anything for this I will take care by my self?
I will bring my car to BMW Dealer to make it straight up ASAP.
LESS COST IS IMPORTANT BUT??
