Joe, from Kenjoco, came to my house (on time) to repair a problem with my central air's (outside) unit. He properly diagnosed the problem on his first attempt (we found out later)! There was another problem. No power to the unit. This didn't make sense to Joe, so he temporarily rewired the unit from the breaker panel to the unit. The unit worked and the sump heater (the original problem) was bad. Joe made the repair, cleaned the unit, & put it back together. The power thing still bothered Joe, so he went to the breaker box & traced the wires. He found a fused disconnect box behind the ceiling tile, replaced the blown fuses, & reconnected the original wiring. Everything is working SUPER! Thanks Joe!
