Brought graduation announcement, picture, etc to be put in a frame, when we presented the gift, all the contents had come unglued and were in the bottom of the frame STUCK TOGETHER!!
Took it back, they scorched some of the contents,trying to get them apart, I was not happy, so, they offered half off the mess and handed over the frame with it's scorched contents....had to SIGN FOR the lot to be returned. I offered my fingerprints, since I felt like the bad guy by then, promised I would never step foot in any Joann's again, they said Oh Gee sorry. It only cost HALF the amount to receive the mess back.
Am trying to come up with another gift to present to the grad.
