I took my daughter in for a hair cut and the girl there cut a two inch slice right out of the back of her long hair. ( her hair is past her waist) I asked to speak to a manager they said there was none. I asked to speak to the owner, I understand mistakes happen I just wanted him to see the hair cut and work things out. I tried to contact him for three weeks, he never called back he just kept my money. I paid for a service I did not receive. It is risky going to Hair We Are, there is no manager and the owner does not cut hair or care.
