While buying a car was a breeze at Bob Ryan Chev in Buffalo, the experience after has been a NIGHTMARE. After taking my car to be serviced in their shop, the technician forgot to plug in the cooling fan. Needless to say, I drove around all winter just fine, but the first hot day in MN, my car overheated in rush hour traffic. Smoke billowed everywhere. The service department offered a free oil change, however, that does not make up for the damage that it caused. My husband lost 3 hours of work, we missed out on an important event, and my car got hail damage, as it was stuck on the side of the road, overheating. I will never ever buy from Ryan Chev, or recommend their service department. 2 Thumbs down.
