I'm a resident in the Bridgeville area, and my family purchased me a remote starter for my SUV for Christmas.
They spend over 13 hours with it, over 3 times I had to take it in, and it still didn't work properly. They refused to refund me, and the funny thing is the owner argued over the phone to 'call Colussy or any other dealership and ask them about my work'.
When I called someone at Colussy, they said they did not associate themselves with Extreme because of the lousy work they did. So much for a 'reference'.
I ended up contacting the state Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and eventually got my money back. We would never recommend taking your vehicle there, and our neighbors and friends hear our story.
