we used their services for years (they used to be called black mountain broadband). Fred, the owner, is one of the rudest most condescending individuals I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. The ""support"" is almost non-existent and their pricing is outrageous for the slow speeds they actually deliver. You will note they never state how fast you can expect so that they can deliver the same speed as a 56k modem and still charge premium pricing for it. Avoid this company, if at all possible.
