I've never had worse customer service, anywhere! Unanswered emails, 6 week waiting list for boat repairs, when you call all you get is an answering machine.
They also damaged my boat when they brought it out of the water and left the outdrive down. It ruined my prop and did damage to the outdive and now they're trying to deny they did it.
DO yourself a favor and dont go to PHM marina!
