US Airport claims to accept customer coupons. When presented with an electronic coupon from Canopy Parking, I was told that it had to be approved by a manager. When a manager showed up, he said that the coupon needed to be printed out or it wouldn't be honored. When it was pointed out that Canopy accepted all coupons electronically, the manager informed me that its not that much trouble to print a coupon and he didn't see why I couldn't comply. I let him know that printing it out is an inconvenience when travelling and that it is not a customer friendly requirement - his condescending response was 'you sure seem to know a lot about it, good-bye'. Will NEVER park here again, the management is comprised of jerks. more
