I wrote an earlier review with regards to my 7 day repair taking 21 days. I finally got my vehicle back and had major issues. The taillight that I waited so long for, was damaged and needs to be replaced again. A piece of my interior molding is completely missing for no reason at all. The drivers side interior door panel is installed poorly and is very loose. The paint doesn't match. Not even close. I've reported all of these deficiencies to Wilburn and am waiting again for the parts to arrive. At this point I have been waiting 10 days. Just today, I received a phone call informing me that the parts were shipped to the wrong shop and there will be further delays. I am unlikely to recommend this shop to anyone. If I'm not completely satisfied soon, I will have no option but to contact the BBB. Wilburn has a great reputation and I genuinely expected more from both the repair dept. and the customer service dept. I am very disappointed in both.
