I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to this practice for my entire pregnancy. I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. The billing department manager is the absolute worst. She acts like she enjoys making people feel bad about their financial situations. Most of the providers were a little rude with the exception of Cindy Perkins and Dr. Sales. They were probably the only two nice, friendly, and helpful people on the entire staff. I also had to deal with a medical office assistant who liked to believe she was an actual MD because she diagnosed me with high blood pressure at each and every appt I had while I was pregnant...even though every provider I saw said my blood pressure was normal and healthy. Bottom line: I would never, ever recommend this office to anyone-even my worst enemies! Go anywhere else-just don't go here!
