I went to the Jackels to have my diamonds, jewelry, and watches appraised and possibly sell. Thomas was friendly at first but he complained that my jewelry stones were too small. He didn't tell me how much each item was worth but just gave me an approximate range for everything. I went elsewhere, found out the value of each item, and got offered twice his amount! Thomas was dishonest and tried to trick me by telling me my items weren't much worth. I'm so glad that I did my homework and tried different buyers. Otherwise I would've been tricked by the Jackels. If you're looking for a place to sell your jewelry, don't go to this place because he will trick you.
