A Maddox repairman came out to my property to check the cooling unit & left without checking to see if the unit was even cooling. He told me that the unit was running & I was "good to go" & that the house would take all day to cool off. The house was still hot the next day & the repairman refused to come back without an additional trip fee. He hung up in my face. Don't let these unprofessional guys steal your money & leave you with bad service!
