I called the company and they came out charging me additional cost because the car was in the garage. Really, there is not more labor involved. They put the car in neutral, put the chains on and pulled it on the platform. I had lost my car keys and that is why I had to get it towed. They delivered my car to the dealer to the very far end of the lot without asking the dealer where he should leave the car. So then the wi fi didn't reach so far and it took me close to 2 1/2 hrs. to get the keys made. You would think they at least credited me with the "extra labor" fee since instead taking 30 minutes - it took 2 hours more.
