Room was not cleaned from previous occupant at check-in. By 9:30pm at night, the room still had not been cleaned, i.e., used sheets ruffled up, stained, and tossed askew, toilet paper and floss on the bathroom floor. The front desk lady said? that they were "understaffed" and "could not get to it". We transferred to another room. The bathtub drain/plug did not work, so my wife could not take a bath. This was brought to management's attention on three separate days. They always said that they'd get to it, but never did. I requested a one night credit refund, and left a message for the manager to call me on three separate days. No call ever from the manager and no credit refund. Very poor, rude customer service from all staff involved. Customer satisfaction is NOT a concern at this location.
