After noticing some wet areas on my dinning room ceiling (right below one of my 2 A/C units), we called Middleton. This was on a Sunday and they could not get out until Thursday. We turned the one unit off to prevent further water damage for 4 days until Middleton could arrive. We were told they would be there around 12:30 and they did not show up until after 5p (after we called to find out why no one had shown up). The guy that showed up was helpful and "blew" the lines out to unclog them, BUT, 3 days later the leak got worse and I now have to replace my entire dinning room ceiling, insulation and all! We called Middleton back and when they showed up at approx 9:30pm, he had to RE-BLOW the lines and he stated he felt like they really got it cleaned out this time. THIS TIME??? I now have severe water damage. Again, he was nice, seemed honest and did not charge me for the 2nd visit. My only gripe is that they should have gotten the lines cleaned the 1st time and I might not have to rip out my dinning room ceiling! Things happen and no one is perfect, but having water damage should require attention to detail and double checking that they issue is resolved the 1st time.
