"Your mower will be ready in a week." A week later "We can't get parts," -- same for three weeks. Finally: "You're missing the blade and retainer washers; we have to order the parts." I tried explaining that _I_ had the blade and parts, which I had to remove in order to discover what was wrong with the machine. The clerk on the phone kept interrupting, telling me that I had to be quiet if I wanted to hear him tell me that they had to order the blade !!
